Residents of Matebeleng, a remote village between Mokopane and Polokwane in Limpopo, say their poor living conditions are not improving despite voting in every election over the last 29 years. The village has no basic services such as housing, electricity and roads. It started in the early 60s as a dwelling camp for farm and mine workers in the area.
