Cluck, cluck! How cute are these hen cuppies? 🐓 They’re so easy to make with a standard cupcake liner and a bit of foil to shape. To make these, fill the cupcake liners only about halfway with batter. Tear off a piece of foil. Bring one side of the cupcake liner down with your finger and drop in the foil. For these the size of the foil ball should be about twice as large as a marble. Manipulate the liner with your fingers to make sure it has a crescent like shape with the tail pointier than the head. It doesn’t need to be perfect, the icing does most of the work. Once baked and cooled frost the cupcakes and add sprinkles to decorate. Use a jumbo red heart sprinkle for the comb, a mini carrot sprinkle for the beak, mini heart confetti for the wattle, black confetti sprinkles for the eyes and fall leaf sprinkles for the feet (you can also use star sprinkles).
